The Tracker Evolution: The Zero-Teardown 2-Piece Design Fits Most Lawn Mower Wheels

We designed the Trackers to serve alongside our highly successful Green Gripper and Heavy and Originals, offering a brand-new, frustration-free installation experience. While both products offer rock-solid, screw-on traction, the Trackers completely change how you put them on the mower.

• 1-Piece vs. 2-Piece Dynamics: The original Green Gripper Heavy is a robust, continuous 1-piece ring that simply slides over your wheel and is securely screwed directly into place. The Traction Tracker introduces a new approach: by utilizing a two-piece split design, the halves wrap perfectly around the wheel before being screwed down. This two-piece dynamic makes installation incredibly straightforward while easily accommodating varying wheel sizes.

• Adapts to a Multitude of Sizes: In the real world, wheel sizes vary by brand and wear. A 2-piece design naturally accommodates these differences. Because you start by anchoring the center point and screw down toward the ends, the PLA+ can flex just enough to sit perfectly flush against a multitude of different wheel sizes and manufacturing tolerances.

The 5-Point Secure Mount System

Installation is incredibly easy. Because the Tracker itself is a tough, semi rigid PLA+ structure, the included 1-inch Phillips screws only serve to anchor the Tracker to the wheel, while the thick plastic absorbs all the torque. Additionally, every mounting hole is countersunk deep below the outer treads.

This smart deep tread design completely hides and protects the screw heads from grinding on hard surfaces, ensuring they remain in perfect condition for easy removal whenever it is time to replace your Trackers.

Each Tracker half utilizes a precise 5-Point Secure Mount System that drills directly into the outer surface of your OEM wheel. By simply starting at the center tread and working outward to the ends, the Tracker flexes just enough to lock perfectly flush against your wheel—guaranteeing zero slippage, no matter the terrain.
